Interplay House

The Interplay House is a culmination of work and private spaces separated by floor levels. With engaging volumes in the elevation, marks the clear distinction between the private and public spaces. The ground floor being designed to accommodate a cake studio sits discreetly below the private residence on the floors above. The bedroom on each floor folds out into the balcony on the left which overlooks the street while stacking one over the other. The careful stacking of the spaces resulting in the interlocking volumes is topped by an overhang uniting the two segregations announcing the beautiful rooftop pergola. On the inside, the volume interplay continues while ensued by a neat stack of spaces arranged in an open plan. The double height in the common area facilitates the very engaging volume along with a dialogue between the two separate floors acting as one entire unit.
